About Meals
  • ① We provide 3 meals during weekdays and 2 meals during weekends.
  • ② In the moring, we serve American or Philippine meals. For lunch and dinner, the main menu is Korean
        food, but we also consider foreign students' taste.
  • ③ Foods from the cafeteria are not allowed to be brought outside the premises.
Medical Service
  • ① The school employs a nurse 24/7 for students' health care.
  • ② From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, the nurse on duty stays in the clinic.
        After that, students can keep in touch with the nurse by using the emergency communication network.
LaundryService
  • ① For laundry concerns, the school has a self-service laundry washing machine and dryer.
  • ② Here is the schedule for washing laundry.
  • · For male students : Mon, Wed, Fri - 11:00 ~ 20:00
    · For female students : Tue, Thur, Sat - 11:00 ~ 20:00
  • ③ The fee per machine use is 50 pesos. For example, one time use of washing machine and dryer
        costs 100 pesos.
  • ④ Maximum capacity for one time laundry wash is 9 kilogram. If self-service laundry is impossible,
        please ask our staff for assistance. (When our staff helps you to wash your clothes, the school is not
        responsible for missing items.)
  • ⑤ We do not offer hand-wash or dry cleaning services.
  • ⑥ You can claim your laundry after two days.
  • ⑦ To prevent loss of laundry, please thoroughly check the items when receiving washed clothes.
Room Cleaning
  • ① Room cleaning is done twice a week under supervision.
  • ② Comforter, pillow case, and bed sheet are changed once a month.(Originally once a month, but if requested, we offer one additional change.)
  • ③ On cleaning days, please keep your valuable things in a secured place.
Postal Service
  • ① On Mondays, students can send mails or packages through the reception staff.
  • ② We use EMS services and the charge depends on EMS delivery rate.
RepairService
  • ① Students can request a minor repair service for damaged school facilities.
  • ② Request for repair must be done during working hours (08:00~18:00) at the reception desk.
  • ③ When our staff visits the rooms, at least one of the occupants should stay in the room.
Internet Service
  • ① We offer free wifi service in the classrooms and within dorm premises.
  • ② The speed of the Internet is expected to be slow.
Room Change
  • ① Students can change room once a month, and they are not allowed to change rooms by themselves.
  • ② If you want to change the room, please fill in the form given by the academy manager.
  • ③ If you want to change triple room to twin or single room, an additional payment shall be charged.
