Refund Policy

[Clause 1] Registration and Payment
  • 1. Enrollment shall be done through registration in the official webpage of the academy and corresponding payment shall be made after
        confirmation of the registration. During peak seasons, enrollment must be done at least one month before the following term starts.
  • 2. After receiving the corresponding invoice from the school, full payment shall be made 4 weeks before the new term starts.
  • 3. The minimum length of study in the academy is 2 weeks. The minimum length of a study extension is 2 weeks.
  • 4. After registration in the academy's official webpage, an email which contains school information shall be sent to the prospective student
        within 3 working days from date of registration.
[Clause 2] Refund
  • 1. Cancellation before departure
  • 1) 4 weeks before departure date : All paid fees are refunded except for the enrollment fee.
  • 2) 3 weeks before departure date : 50 USD as cancellation fee and enrollment fee shall be deducted from the total amount of the fee
        already paid.
  • 3) 2 weeks before departure date : 100 USD as cancellation fee and enrollment fee shall be deducted from the total amount of the fee
        already paid.
  • 4) 1 week before departure date : 150 USD as cancellation fee and enrollment fee shall be deducted from the total amount of the fee
        already paid.
  • 2. Cancellation after departure
  • 1) A cancellation form must be filled out and submitted to an authorized school staff.
  • 2) The policy on refund shall cover the term/s that has/have not started yet. ONLY fifty percent (50%) of the fixed fee per term shall be
         refunded to the student. One term is equivalent to 2 weeks.
  • 3) Violation of school rules by the student shall not be tolerated. When a student is expelled due to 3 counts of violations, he/she shall
         not be entitled to any refund of his/her deposit and the fee corresponding to the remaining period of stay in the school premises.
  • 4) Upon completion and submission of the cancellation form, PIA shall verify the reasons given through personal consultation with the
         student. Thereafter, processing of the refund shall be completed within 30 days.
