The teachers are very friendly. They are always wearing a smile and cheering me up. I am able to learn all kinds of course especially speaking and pronunciation. These things normally could not study in Taiwan. But now I can speak English better than before. Cebu Blue Ocean Academy is the best school for me. Thank you!

I’ve been working for 12 years before coming here. I was sick and tired of working but after coming to the Philippines, my life was changed. I was more excited and energetic. It seemed I became a student again. I was satisfied with the studying style. 1 on 1 class is suitable for me. If I will go to another country to study English, I will not experience this system.
